"My goal is to transform as many renters and first-time
homebuyers into homeowners as humanly possible," explains
Mortgage Money Lenders president and CEO Colin F. Watson. "By becoming a company
owner, I now have the autonomy to make decisions that affect big

checks for new applicants who have taken advantage of their easy
application service via the website. Once the application is
evaluated and approved, it is assigned to a real estate team
that consists of a partnering real estate agent, a loan agent,
and a processing team.
Product Knowledge
"We are consistently in pursuit of what I call, 'Have-not's',
those who have not yet experienced home ownership. They are our
main marketing focus and we are committed to turning as many
renters into owners as we can each year," comments Colin.
Product knowledge is an important aspect of running a quality
mortgage company, and Colin is proactive in sharing the latest
market trends, bond, stock and economic indicators during weekly
staff meetings in order to ensure that every Loan Officer at MML
understands how these factors will effect their clients in
everyday practical terms.
